ISSUES & RESOLUTIONS

  • Issue:

Shoulder patch on on the Script Satin Jacket was incorrectly appliqued on the jacket, and protruded through the interior lining.

    Resolution:

Factory was tasked with developing 3 applique mock-ups for quality execution, one of which was approved and used for 2nd proto.

  • Issue:

Reflective screenprint was not providing enough reflection under flash.

    Resolution:

Increased reflective ink to plasticol ink ratio to increase print glare under light which was approved on 2nd proto.

  • Issue:

Photo’s of 1st proto development for the Brushed Plaid Beanie was executed in AOP instead of engineered print placement.
